Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that all items are handmade and it is to be expected that there will be small variations from the pictures posted (i.e., marks, variations in colours, variations in designs, etc.). Note that imperfections and inconsistencies are likely - but that's what makes each item unique!
